Corporate Operations Manager
Empire Electric Association, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Corporate Operations Manager. Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from a four-year college or university is required. Emphasis in business management or related field desired. Work experience in the electric utility industry and 5 years of management experience desired.
This person reports to the General Manager, and is responsible for managing all aspects of the Member Services, IT, and Facilities departments. Works with the GM to develop and execute strategic initiatives of the cooperative. Ensures effective external communication between the cooperative and the public.
