EEA has a virtual option for you to attend the 2021 EEA Annual Meeting live this year. A link to connect and instructions will be posted the day of the annual meeting, so please check back on Thursday June 17 if you plan to attend virtually!
You can ask questions of the Board of Directors ahead of time by completing the form to the right. Any questions submitted will be asked during the member comment portion of the meeting. The deadline to submit questions is 5:00 PM on Wednesday June 16!
If you attend the meeting virtually via Zoom, you will be able to see and hear the meeting but you will not be counted as part of the meeting quorum. You will be asked to provide your name, service address, and phone number via Zoom chat so that EEA can verify your membership and qualify you for the $10.00 bill credit for attending the meeting. Make sure to "chat" your information tot he moderator and not the entire group. You will not be able to ask questions as a virtual attendee so please submit them before 5:00 PM on June 16.
