If you want to change an account to your name for an existing electric service, you can do so online using SmartHub!
If you are an existing EEA member and have signed up for SmartHub, login to the SmartHub web portal on your computer or open the SmartHub app on your phone.

If you are new to EEA or are an existing member that has not signed up for SmartHub you can still use SmartHub to create a membership and start your electric service in your name.
To use a computer, click on the SmartHub web portal link above.
If you are new to EEA and do not have a membership click the bottom link on that page that says "New to Empire Electric? Start New Service"
If you are an existing EEA member and signing up for SmartHub click the middle link on the bottom of the page that says "New User? Sign up to access our Self Service site.
To use your phone, download the SmartHub app from your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and follow the sign up prompts.
