Tariff Update:

On February 13, 2026, EEA's Board of Directors approved a change to EEA’s Rules and Regulations regarding late fees. The change eliminates a 5-day waiting period and allows a late fee to be applied immediately after the due date. The Board also approved a new Wheeling tariff.
