No Payments 11pm-1am Last Thursday Each Month.
Our system will perform maintenance once a month from 11 pm to 1 am on the last Thursday of every month.
During this time payments cannot be made on our website, over the phone, or thru the kiosk.

Time Of Use Periods

Your energy charge per kilowatt hour (kWh) will vary depending on the rate*, the time of day and the day of the week you are using energy on a Time of Use Demand rate.

On-Peak time is Monday - Saturday from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm
Off-Peak time is all other times
- 9:00 pm until 1:00 pm
- All Day Sunday and the following holidays:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day - If one of the holidays occurs on a Monday through Saturday, the entire holiday is Off-Peak.

*Please note that Large Power and Transmission Service On Peak time is 12 Noon to 10 PM Monday through Saturday and will remain that way until FERC approves Tri-State's rate filing.
