Make Your Mark!

New in 2026, we will offer Washington DC Youth Tour Trips to two lucky high school juniors!

Two lucky winners will fly from Durango, CO to Denver, CO where the Washington DC Youth Tour will start. You will spend your first day learning about Colorado state government and our electric system. From Denver you will fly to DC to participate in an unforgettable experience that is sure to change your life! Electric cooperatives from across the country will send over 1,800 youth to the nation's capital. You will meet new friends from across the country while enjoying days of planned activities and tours.

Youth Trip Applications for the 2026 trips will open on September 15, 2025. Application deadline is December 15, 2025. 

The Washington DC Youth Tour will be from June 15 through June 21 in 2026.  

We are no longer offering the Youth Leadership Camp in Steamboat Springs.
