To use the rate comparison tool, you will need the kWh energy use and kW demand from your EEA bill. You can find bills by logging on to your SmartHub account and looking in Billing History in the Bill & Pay menu.
Our system will perform maintenance once a month from 11 pm to 1 am on the last Thursday of every month. During this time payments cannot be made on our website, over the phone, or thru the kiosk.
