EEA provides a public meeting space for active members. The community room can be used for nonprofit organizations, youth activities, civic and public service organizations. Use of the room is free-of-charge; however, you must pay a deposit and sign a contract to reserve the Calvin Denton Community Room for your nonprofit organization or event. A maximum of 12 bookings in one calendar year is allowed per member. The Calvin Denton Community Room Contract is available for viewing purposes only.  The contract needs to be signed in-person at our office, 801 N. Broadway, Cortez.
