On February 13, 2026, EEA's Board of Directors approved a change to EEA’s Rules and Regulations regarding late fees. The change eliminates a 5-day waiting period and allows a late fee to be applied immediately after the due date. The change was made in conjunction with fixing bill cycle due dates that provide members up to seven additional days to pay their bill. The change will become effective April 1, 2026.
