Lineman Scholarship Application Lineman School - $1,000 EEA provides scholarships for individuals pursuing a vocational/technical certificate as a lineman. Recipient must be a dependent of a member of EEA and must use the scholarship within the next school year. The scholarship committee will not consider this application if information is missing or incomplete, or if it is turned in late. Applications are due February 15.
