EEA has a planned power outage scheduled to begin at 11:30 PM on the evening of Tuesday May 14 in the Cortez area. The outage will last approximately 2 hours. Tri-State Generation and Transmission has completed the required maintenance at Cortez Substation and they will be removing the mobile substation and reconnecting the permanent substation.
Phone calls were made to members that will be impacted on Friday May 10 to allow them time to plan for the outage. A map of the planned outage area can be found at the link below. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep your power service reliable.
